The Annex is a private and self-contained one-bedroom retreat. The Annex offers modern comforts in a quiet location, perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a peaceful base to explore South Cornwall's riverside beauty and antique treasures.

With its own entrance and decking area, it's an ideal spot for relaxation after days out. Sleeps up to 2 guests. This compact yet comfortable space provides a serene escape with a private entrance for complete independence.
The main living/sleeping area features a double bed (190cm length), ensuring a cosy night's rest, alongside a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Neutral decor and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere, with electric heating to keep things warm. The en-suite shower room includes a shower, hairdryer, and contemporary fixtures. While not a full kitchen, there's a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods, tea, and milk for light refreshments. The outdoor covered decking area offers a private spot to unwind with seating.
The outdoor electronic pergola roof opens and closes depending on your preference for a covered space or to let the sunshine in.
The Annex is a 10 minute drive from The Eden Project for exploring the biomes or attending Eden Sessions for live music events.
