The Mews

Stylish single-level detached bungalow in peaceful Redannick, Truro. Perfect quiet stay for 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults.

Pet friendly for 1 dog. Please keep dogs off furniture and no dogs to be left unattended that bark when left alone.

This accommodation is strictly for quiet guests and is not for any loud music, events or parties. 

King bedroom and a double or twin set up second bedroom. Please specify your bed set up on booking.

 

The Space:

Open-plan living with modern kitchen (Aga, fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, freshly ground coffee machine), comfy lounge, smart TV & high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi (up to 200 Mbps).

Cooking: Please note we have an Aga range cooker and instructions for it's use can be found in the property. There is also a microwave and an air fryer for quick options. 

​

Master: king bed, storage, blackout blinds.
 
Second:  Double or twin bed set up. (Please Specify).

Walk-in shower room with heated towel rail.  Private courtyard enclosed patio & seating. Self check-in via key box. Linens, towels, toiletries, dog bowl & towel provided. Travel cot & high chair on request.

Self check in but we live close by so guests will be greeted on arrival for most bookings.

Heating: The property has smart heating and controls itself. Set at 21 degrees. You can turn off the heating if you wish.

Safety: The property has two fire alarms, 1 carbon monoxide and smart lighting throughout. There is front and back door exits. Strictly no smoking / open flames / candles due to timber cladding.

Lemon Street: The beautiful street of Lemon Street is a 5 minute stroll away. Including great pubs and restaurants. Full guide in the property.

Parking: Parking at the Mews is limited to 1 medium sized car due to the standard parking space. We cannot accommodate longer vehicles or commercial sized vehicles.

​

The property has a rear courtyard enclosed garden with secure locked gate for storing bicycles.

​

Royal Cornwall Hospital: For those persons wishing to visit the hospital it is a 4 minute drive to (Treliske) & A&E.

​

Location & Truro Attractions:

10 min walk to city centre, Lemon Street shops/restaurants, Truro Cathedral, Royal Cornwall Museum, Lemon Quay & Hall for Cornwall.

​

Tesco & Sainsbury’s nearby within a 3 minute drive.

​

Nearby: Trelissick Gardens (10 min), beaches (Porthtowan/Carne 20–30 min), River Truro trails. 

Truro mainline train station to London is a 14 minute walk.

No smoking/vaping: 

Please note before booking we are a no smoking / vaping site inside the property and on the land outside. This is due to the cladding of the building being of timber construction and for the comfort for all guests.

Strictly no parties, events or loud noise. Quiet hours after 9 pm.

Any disturbance and you will be asked to leave immediately; the property can be shut down remotely with no refund offered.

Security cameras cover the garage and driveway.

​

Self-catering – leave tidy. Check-in 4 pm / check-out 10 am.
